"A LITTLE PAIN NEVER HURT"

An OConnor written song with a great hook - When this song was first performed live by Bridget Benenate about 10 years ago, more than 8 A&R representatives came up to O'Connor and said "That is a definite hit record". However, to show how difficult the music business can be, O'Connor has recorded 4 different versions but never found a singer that could re-create the incredible vocal Bridget had done that night. Hopefully, our next new sensation from Dallas will knock this song out of the ballpark. Stay tuned for new versions to be posted soon. You'll also be able to hear the previous versions where the singers didn't quite hit the mark.


O'Connor co-wrote the song with songwriter Bridget Benenate -  Michael signed her to a 4 song agreement with BMG/OConnor Songs. She went on to write the 20 million seller "Breakaway" for Kelly Clarkson
